Sub-National Flag Maps
Instead of simply showing the national flag in a boundary shaped like the country, sub-national flag maps show flags of the different regions within a country. For instance, a sub-national flag map would show the different Emirates of the UAE, the different provinces of Canada, or the different states of Australia in the correct locations within the country, as opposed to the national flag of Australia, Canada, or the UAE filling the entire map.
